Happy Halloween!

Today was pretty fun apart from the fact that we had midterm exams. A group of us gathered to celebrate halloween by playing Risk and watching soccer. They were forewarned that the little black men on the board were like the cockroach that flys in your face when attacked. After conquering Europe and most of North America, the game was prematurely ended. We went on to watch a soccernet prediction gone wrong when Portsmouth beat Man Utd. In another horribly written script, Liverpool was held to a draw. A very unlikely situation if the club's record signing did not break his leg.

In drama news, the previous channel 8 drama has transformed into a reality show. A page was taken out of Please marry my Dad. Now, a panel of directors and scriptwriters have assumed the responsibility of choosing the most appropriate candidate for our bachelor. To explain with an analogy, it is like a programmer trying to choose between 2 types of programming languages. Namely SJL and ANZ.
