How much can you really say?

The newspapers today had an article on some blogger that got in trouble for posting his 'thoughts and feelings'. Jeff Ooi, Malaysia's most controversial blogger is the man under fire from Malaysian officials. (While all this is happening, I think I should just keep my thoughts to myself.) When i created this blog, i was told that i could say anything. Then of course i read the terms and conditions. Seems that Blogger just ain't responsible for your actions. So how much can you really say?
