The good, the bad and the simple

Aloha, been pretty quiet on the blogfront due to the exams. Sad to say, the chance of me passing International Trade lies in the hands of my fellow classmates. Why does it always have to be econs. No matter how difficult a subject gets, nothing beats econs. Bah! Every term, some people have to fail this subject due to the oversized class and the bell curve marking standards. This term, I fear it won't be the case. The chance of me passing depends on how many other econo-idiots do worse then me. For once, please let me be on the good side of moderation. I think i've done enough of these favours in one academic lifetime.

Earlier tonight, we had a durian party. After dim sum in Hookerville again, we crossed the road where there were a few fruit stalls. Most of us had durians and coconuts. Funny combination to say the least. The Pan stuck to his coconut while enduring the empty threats of being pelted or smeared with durians. I give him credit for sitting with us while we semi-feasted on the strong smelling fruit. This time round, it was quantity over quality. 2 rounds of 3 for 10 dollar durians and we were done for the night.

Over the last few days, I was fortunated enough to enjoy eating at Carl's Jr. Seems that someone franchised this burger chain. Pretty costly but definately worth a try. I had a Guacamole Bacon Burger or something to that extent. The onion rings are pretty good too. To top that off, free flow of drinks to round off the set meal.

If anybody understands the meaning of being asleep but at the same time conscious of the surroundings. Please feel free to enlighten a few simple minds.

Quote of the day : Watermelon is watery.
