I dream of ice cream

After yesterdays visit to an ice cream parlour, I feel even more tempted to attempt to make ice cream. I was bumming in GWC about 2 weeks back and there is this bookshop Harris. I was browsing through a Nigella Lawson cookbook and I stumbled upon a recipe for ice cream. Seemed pretty simple enough. About 5 or 6 ingredients needed. I feel wierd saying ice cream parlour. I had a waffle with lychee martini ice cream. Yes, make no mistake, lychee martini. I couldn't try all the flavours and I didn't want too. I intend to go back there again. I didn't want to order 3 scoops, taste everything and then order 2. This ain't Malaysia and I'm not that kinda person. *Hint hint*

I can imagine vodka lime ice cream, tequila 7-up ice cream and all other funny flavours. Now I just need some guinea pigs. Anyone interested?
